On Sunday following The End of Epiphany, the faithful gathered together at Saint Prohor Pchinski monastery to commemorate Holy Martyr St. Tatiana and the icon of Bogoroditza Mlekohranitelka.
On the day of the Theophany of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the abbot of the monastery of St.Prohor Pchinski – father Gavril, served a Holy Festive Liturgy.
On Sunday, on the Eve of the Theophany of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the abbot of the monastery, father Gavril, served the holy Basil’s Liturgy and he blessed the water.
This is the third year since at the monastery of St. Prohor Pchinski start the tradition of serving holy festal Vespers, and then blessing the loaf with a coin inside, according to the ancient custom.
On the 10th of January, the School of Performing Arts ‘Bozilak’ of Donna Dimovska Kantarovska, presented the children’s theatre play ‘Christmas Wish’.

On the second day of Christmas dedicated to the memory of the Synaxis of the Holy Theotokos, father Gavril served a Holy Liturgy
At the monastery of St. Prohor Pcinski, the Nativity of Christ was celebrated with Holy Divine Liturgy, on which the faithful received the Holy Body and Blood of Christ.
