The fifth week following the Pentecost is dedicated to Holy Apostle Peter and Holy Apostle Paul. The Divine Liturgy was served at the monastery of St. Prohor Pchinski. During the liturgy the faithful partook of Christ’s Holy Mysteries.

Last Friday was dedicated to the Translation of the Relics of the Holy Martyrs Cyrus and John, and venerable Sophrony. An all night vigil was served at the monastery of St. Prohor Pchinski.

Over the past three years, Father Gavril has conducted religious lessons for the MOYA youth group. A popular tradition is the competition for the best essay exploring Orthodoxy.
